This machine is a CNC Gear Shaper designed mainly for the production of middle-sized internal and external spur gears, non-circular gears of various shapes and plate cams used in construction machinery, mining equipment, metallurgical machinery, machine tool, large and middle-sized speed reducers industries, etc. When a helical guide and a shaping cutter with helical teeth are equipped, helical gears can be produced on this machine.
Description:
1. The machine is longitudinally arranged with oscillated cutter relieving, and the radial feed of the worktable is made on three rectangular guideways. Better structural and driving rigidity can be ensured for the machine bed, the column, the cutter head and the table.
2. It is a CNC machine with three axes being controlled simultaneously for the cutter spindle rotation (X-axis), the worktable rotation (Y-axis) and the radial feed movement of the worktable (Z-axis).
3. The main movement of the machine is driven by a frequency-variable motor, and stepless speed regulation and automatic changeover are possible.
4. A unique transmission device of our own made, which provides a constant cutting force in the whole stroke length, is used for the reciprocating movements of the cutter spindle. A rigid transmission device, of which the large diameter cutter spindle itself is a zero-degree worm, and the segmental worm wheel drives the cutter spindle to make the reciprocating movements, ensures a sufficient cutting force for the cutter spindle.
5. The cutter spindle can stop automatically at the up-stop position and can be elevated by using a new-type structure. It’s suitable for cutting the internal teeth in the deep holes.
6. A built-in spring and new-type cutter adapter have been used on the cutter head.
7. A new-type double-roller and bi-directional relieving mechanism is adopted, and an accurate, stable and low noise cutter relieving motion can be attained.
8. An angular cutter relieving is possible to prevent the phenomenon of cutter interference when cutting the internal gears or helical gears.
9. A safety enclosure, which has an excellent visibility for the operating conditions and is easy to be operated, is equipped for the machine to prevent the oil from being splashed, and an auto chip conveyor is mounted for the machine.
10. An independent forced lubrication system is used for the cutter head, and timed and quantitative lubrication is adopted for the other parts of the machine. A chip-flushing oil gun is available.
11. A SIEMENS 802D-SL CNC control system and a digital servo system (SIEMENS) are equipped on the machine, and an air conditioner may be equipped for the independent sealed electrical cabinet.
12. The machine adopts a large-volumn-flowrate oil cooling and the machine bed is the oil tank (capacity 400L) for the timely cutting heat dissipation and the stable machining accuracy.
13. A separate hydraulic pump station is available for the quick return of oil and to prevent the oil from being mixed with the coolant.
14. A riser and adaptors for different cutter diameters can be available on special request.
15. The accuracy of the gears machined on this machine may reach Grade 6 of the GB Standard.
